HRB has reached another milestone request. Since records began in 1984, the station has now played 96,000 requests to the patients and staff at the Basingstoke and North Hants Hospital and two local care homes.
Request number 96000 was played for Alley on Sunday (16 October) and was Comfortably Numb by Pink Floyd. Presenter Neil Ogden was heard delivering her prize of an HRB mug during The Sound of Sunday.
