Richard Smith is the presenter of this regular series
on HRB which is broadcast every morning, Mon - Sat, at 11am, and you might
hear it at other times aswell...
The show is themed around records and artists beginning with a letter
of the alphabet, a different one for each programme. There are also
a number of spin off shows.
Series 3 of the show looks at the A to Z of music down the years from
1950 to 1999 taking a year at a time. Spin offs include The A to Z
of Christmas, Cliff, Colours, Motown, Dancing, Madonna, James Bond and One
Hit Wonders with more to come.
This show is currently broadcast on 65 stations in UK and Ireland -
that's over 100,000 listeners every week!
HRB
is currently broadcasting a limited schedule on PatientLine and on 945MW throughout the
hospital. There is news on the hour every hour. We hope to
resume normal programmes on Sunday 12 October at 12 noon.

British weather intervened in the HRB Watercress Line day but we
still managed a tour of Ropley station and a ride on the train.
