National Hospital Broadcasting Week is a week of promotion of hospital
broadcasting in the UK organised by the Hospital Broadcasting Association.
It normally happens at the end of March/start of April and starts with the
National Hospital Radio Awards, the showpiece occasion of the hospital radio
year.
All stations are encouraged to take part in some way, even if it's only to
make extra efforts to promote the cause of hospital broadcasting.
This year, the week ran from Saturday 29 March until Sunday 6
April. Click on the link below to find out what HRB did to celebrate this
time...
Want
to join us but not present a programme? We are looking for
new members to be ward visitors, to go around the wards during
the day and collect requests to play on the evening's
shows. Interested? Click

A new era
for HRB is coming soon. At the end of July, we'll be
moving out of our existing building and replacing it with a
brand new building. More info and pictures here
