HRB is a registered charity and as such raises all the money it needs to fund itself. Members don't get paid - in fact there is an annual membership fee. Past fundraising events have included sponsored walks and broadcasts, discos and even parking cars (and the odd helicopter) at the annual Tadley Treacle Fair. We also produce a Patients Magazine which provides us with income. We are developing various sponsorship opportunities for local businesses to support our programmes. Click here for more information. As a sponsor of a feature or a programme, a feature or a whole day on HRB, a business will receive a number of benefits. Sponsorship gives the business a chance to be associated with a worthwhile charitable cause, and the station the opportunity to earn some much needed funds. All sponsors and commercial supporters of the station receive an acknowledgement of their donation on the HRB web site - click here for the current list. Currently we are looking for sponsors for each day of the week and for THE HRB DIARY a regular feature once an hour from 6 - 10 every day. If there is nothing of interest there, we could invent a feature just for you. Something to do with the industry that your business operates in could make interesting listening and raise your profile as well. For example, for a travel agent, we could start a feature on holiday destinations. All sponsors will receive on air mentions and will become associated with the show or feature being sponsored in all our programming press releases and on this web site.
