At least 51 hospital radio stations will be coming together on New Year's Eve for one 20 hour live radio show to celebrate the start of the new year.
It all starts at 4pm on New Year's Eve and will be hosted by Richard Smith from his studio in Lancashire. He will be accompanied by a team of helpers and lots of special guests.
Singing sensation of BBC TV’s ‘The Voice’ earlier in the year – Kiki DeVille has agreed to do another duet with Richard.
“I’m delighted that Kiki has decided once again to put her career on the line and continue where we left off during last years event” said Richard. “Our interpretation of Ben E King’s ‘Stand By Me’, will live long in the memory of all who witnessed it and to be honest, it’s about time that we came up with the follow-up single!”
