HRB wants to reach more parts of the Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital. We
are now testing our new online listening service which will enable this to
happen. It will also enable friends and relatives of patients in hospital
to make a request and then actually hear that request being played - even though
they might be many miles away.
We believe that is beneficial for patients.
This service will be launched officially at our
40th anniversary celebrations on 28 April 2012.
