HRB has received recognition of 50 years of broadcasting at the recent Hospital Broadcasting Association conference weekend in Bolton.
The station marked 50 years last April since the original hospital radio station for Basingstoke went on air on 28 April 1972. The HBA recognised the achievement with a certificate presentation by the organisation’s President June Snowden.
