HRB was out and about at Basingstoke’s Remembrance Day event on 9 November, recording it in both audio and video.

The service was held outside the civic offices at the town’s War Memorial but started with a parade from the Willis Museum.

The service included music from the Salvation Army Band and the Odiham Military Wives Choir as well as a flypast from an RAF Chinook from RAF Odiham.

The service was broadcast in the evening on HRB so listeners around Basingstoke could hear it even if they weren’t able to be there.  The video of the event can be seen below.
