The HRB team were up and about around the wards live on Christmas morning as usual.  Neil Ogden visited almost every ward in the hospital and even bumped into the Trust's Chief Executive Mary Edwards for a chat as well as collecting lots of requests.

On G Floor Father Christmas picked the winner to an extra Sainsbury's hamper prize draw and even delivered the prize too.

Down in the studio Dave Sanger played the music for the first hour before Marilyn Price took control and played requests collected by ward visitor Hilary Wells.  Finally Paul Le Feuvre (outside broadcast and Pick a Word presenter) came along to join in and HRB's Vernon Pearce called the studio from Spain.

A very hectic morning but hopefully everyone had a good time.  It was all part of a packed day of programmes on HRB which included Christmas Day with Santa in the afternoon and the highlights of Alton's Yuletide Festival in the evening.
