Neil Ogden’s Sound of Sunday Reaches 1500 Shows

Neil Ogden’s Sound of Sunday reaches 1500 shows this weekend.

The show, which started in March 1991, is HRB’s longest running show and will be celebrating in a variety of ways.

There will be 3 prizes up for grabs with a Weekend Prize Super Draw, with 3 instead of 1 prize to give away to patients who have had requests over the weekend.

The usual competitions 1 in 3 Who’s it Gonna Be and Spot the Ball will be there too.

Richard Smith will preview next weekend’s BIG Broadcast to celebrate 21 years of the A to Z of Pop.

Nick Prosser will be back, this time to talk about life as a director on EastEnders 40 years ago and working with the likes of Leslie Grantham and Anita Dobson.

There will be 3 Random Vinyls LIVE, and the latest from the Basingstoke Festival.

Plus HRB’s 126.000th request will be revealed.

Neil Ogden’s 1500th Sound of Sunday Sunday 29 June from 1.30pm.
