The Weekend Prize Draw is returning to HRB thanks to renewed support by Morrisons in Basingstoke.
Any patient who makes a request on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be given a number and entered into a prize draw. At 2.40 on a Sunday afternoon, someone will choose a winning number and the person with that number will win a prize courtesy of Morrisons in Basingstoke.
It’s a simple idea that ran for almost 8 years from 2012 until the start of the pandemic. Now things have returned to near normal for ward visiting, Morrisons have resumed their support and the draw will return for an initial run for the whole of July.
It will launch for a special one-day competition on Wednesday 5 July during the station’s special shows to mark NHS75 and 3 months of HRB on DAB with the Mayor of Basingstoke picking the winning number just after 5pm.
