The Mayor Basingstoke was one of the people who came past the HRB stand at the Sherfield on Loddon Village Fete on 3 September.
The popular village fete was back for the first time since the pandemic and attracted thousands of people to take part in the various attractions.
The event is run by volunteers and attracts thousands of visitors each year. The theme this year was The Great British Fete in celebration of The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. Proceeds from the fête will be shared between Sherfield Village Hall, St Leonard’s Church, Basingstoke Food Bank, and other local good causes.
