HRB was out and about for the first big event in Basingstoke of the year. Scott Rawlings was walking around the Basingstoke Transport Festival in the war Memorial Park on 10 May talking to some of the owners of the vehicles on display.
The Basingstoke Transport Festival is a long established event in Basingstoke and despite the cool weather, attracted a large crowd to come and see the vehicles on display and talk to their owners.
