On 10 May, over 70 military and WWII vehicles made their way in convoy from Fareham, through Alton and Lasham and finished up outside Milestones Museum at Basingstoke Leisure Park.
HRB was there to record interviews with some of those who were taking part and find out more about them and their classic vehicles.
After the convoy arrived at the museum, there was a service of Remembrance to mark the anniversary and the events of 80 years ago.
Lots of people came out along the route to see the convoy which added to atmosphere and there was a growing crowd at Milestones itself. This was the 6th time that this event has taken place since 2017 but it will also be the last such event, being the last big anniversary to mark.
The programme will be broadcast on HRB on Monday 12 May at 6pm with the video published later in the week.
