HRB will once again be covering the Destination Basingstoke Shire Half Marathon this October with thousands of runners expected to be taking part.
The race starts and finishes at the War Memorial Park and we'll be there to talk to some of those taking part ahead of the start, and see the winners finish just over an hour later.
Coverage will start at 10am and continue throughout the day.
Later on, Neil Ogden's Sound of Sunday will come from another big local event – the Alton Herald Classic Car Show. Recorded the week before at this popular annual event, the show will bring the atmosphere of this popular event to our listeners, talking to some of the classic car owners and hearing the live music and entertainment that will be part of it.
